What is included in your trips?
All trips with First Light Sportfishing include the use of top-tier fishing gear, bait, tackle, and a licensed captain and crew. Your fishing license is also provided, so you don’t need to worry about getting one. We ensure that everything you need for a great fishing experience is included.
What do I need to bring for my fishing charter?
You don’t need to bring a fishing license, as it’s included with the trip. However, be sure to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat for sun protection, comfortable clothing, and non-slip shoes. If you plan on taking your catch home, bring a cooler. You may also want to bring snacks, drinks, and any personal items you may need during the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
How do I pay for my trip?
Payment for your fishing trip can be made through our secure online booking system or by phone with a credit card. A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due on the day of your trip.
Do you have age requirements for fishing?
The Pearl Island Charter Co. welcomes anglers of all ages! However, we recommend trips with younger children be kept shorter for their comfort and enjoyment.
